Introduction:Ningshing Special-Steel Industrial has large Heat treatment equipments, as the vacuum furnaces, the forvacuum protective atmosphere vertical drawing furnaces, the box type low temperature drawing furnaces, the exact metallographic examination equipments and the assorted hardness testers.
Vacuum furnace 100bar
We have the High Pressure Gas Cooling Vacuum Furnaces VUTK-524 (FV) designed by IPSEN in German. The controlled system is the software Vacu-Prof. The furnace is mainly used for the following matters.
1) Monitor and record the work and the process of workpiece disposal
2) Monitor and record the present conditions of the vacuum furnaces
3) Provide the whole situation of heat treatment equipments
4) Provide the file of the heat treatment processing by letters and diagram
5) File the heat treatment processing and the relevant data
The vacuum of the furnace can be reached to 10©\3TORR, and the quick-freeze pressure is 10bar. The workspace available is 600 x 600 x 900mm. The maximum temperature can reach 1300°C, and the maximum bearing capacity is 800kg. They can be widely used in mould heat treatment, stainless steel solution treatment, vacuum tempering ect., especially in the large die-casting mould which need the high-pressure and quick-cooling.
Quality Control (QC): According to the ISO9001-2000, we can carry out the omnibearing supervise on the order, picking, manufacture, inspection, consignment ect.. And provide the quality report for our clients. We can give you the specialized heat treatment service and guarantee the quality in accordance with the NADCA and ASTM-A681. We have the specialists on the heat treatment, and the heat-treating facilities for tool steels.
